"We had the opportunity and pleasure of meeting Mike today for a job in our kitchen sink. I called him the day before and he was able to make an appointment for the next day in the morning. He had the courtesy of texting to notify us that he would be at our house within the next half hour. Upon arrival he started to explain to us what the issue was and why it was causing such a back up in our kitchen sink. He had the courtesy of explaining to my wife and myself step by step what the job is going to consist of and why certain tools are needed and not others. He took his time, explained to us about the water pressure, airflow etc. I would say that in total it took about 30 minutes. He went as far to show us the pressure in our guest bathroom and explained why the kitchen should be the same. Mike is a very knowledgeable man, courteous and certainly dedicated to his profession. My wife and I would not think twice in recommending him or use his services again. He is very punctual and also concerned about leaving the site very clean.
