How a remodel goes
- Walkthrough. We look at the room, the existing plumbing and what you want. You tell us your layout and fixtures.
- Clear plan. We explain what the plumbing needs, what we handle, and the order of work, before anything starts.
- Demo and rough-in. Old fixtures out, then supply, drain and valve work while the walls are open, done right before anything gets covered.
- Finish. Tub or shower, vanity, toilet and trim set, tested and checked.
- Walkthrough and cleanup. We go over the finished room with you and leave the house clean.
Working with your own contractor for tile or finishes? We coordinate the plumbing side with them.

Bathroom remodel FAQ
Do you do full bathroom remodels or just the plumbing?
Both. We've taken bathrooms down to the studs and rebuilt them with new tubs, surrounds, vanities, toilets and flooring, and we also do plumbing-only work when you already have a contractor for tile and finishes. Tell us your scope and we'll be straight about what we handle.
Can you move my toilet, tub or shower to a new spot?
Often, yes. It depends on where the drain and vent can run. We'll look at the floor and walls during the walkthrough and tell you what's practical before you commit to a layout.
Can you replace just the tub or shower without redoing the whole bathroom?
Yes. Tub, surround, shower stall and shower-base replacements are some of our most common jobs. If the shower valve is old, it's the right time to replace it while the wall is open.
Can you add a bathroom in a basement with no drain below it?
In many basements, an up-flush toilet system handles that without breaking up the slab. We've installed them and can tell you if it fits your space.
